Nut up and do what is right. You are the CEO of this organization. You are in charge of all the employees. The VP of Football Operations went out and hired his best friend to be in charge of the Offense Department. That department has generated five years of piss poor results. Not just bad, we are talking about the worst results of ANY OTHER COMPANY IN THE COUNTRY. Now as the newly appointed CEO of the company you have to make a decision. The lower employees (players) are working their *** off. They don't deserve incompetence by upper management to keep them from showing how good their product could be. The shareholders (fans) are sick and tired of investing money into this company and getting jack **** for results. Sit the VP down and tell him that he has to get rid of his friend and switch to a different production method...right now. He is gonna be pissed and yell and gripe. You sir are the boss. You are the CEO. You have the power. You are not Larry Templeton, the former CEO. You did not hire this man, and, by God, you don't have to stand behind him. This all can be done behind closed doors but it needs to be done. Do not let this man bring this company down any more than he already has. Do not listen to the other companies that say our VP is doing a great job and doing things the right way. That is horse ****. They are laughing at us and saying that because they know that as long as we employee him, then they will get the best employees and produce a better grade product than us.

When companies produce something this bad, then a recall is warranted. The employees are behind it and the shareholders are as well.

E-mail him man. He's not LT. He actually reads these things and responds. He may not always say what you want him to say, but he's a breath of fresh air for the simple fact that he actually cares what you think.

Mr. Byrne,

My family & I have been faithful supporters of MSU athletics for many years. When Coach Croom was announced as head coach & listened to his many speeches, he really had me thinking that our football program would be respected on a national level. How nieve could I have been!!!! There are many areas within our football program that are as bad now as they were 5yrs ago when Croom came aboard. Our offense is one of the worse in the NCAA. This falls squarely on the shoulders of Coach Croom & Coach McCorvey. Coach Croom has said many, many times to the fans that help pay his salary, that "I will never fire a assistant coach". Mr. Byrne, I'm sure you see & hear the discord with the fan base & I hope that you will make decisions regarding Coach McCorvey. Coach Croom has made it plain that he will never fire a coach so, I think this is something that you will need to do. If this means loosing Coach Croom, well so be it.

There are coaches that would love nothing more than to be a Head Coach in the SEC & at MSU. My family & I will no longer support MSU athletics either finacially or by attending anymore games untill McCorvey is dismissed.

Thank you for your time,

of Croom's tenure. There actually are quite a few things he has done well. You also need to fellatio Byrne for the Cohen hire. It's always better to blow a man before you ask him to %%$! his coworker up the ***.

Damn thats intense. I bet Bryne will have a FULL inbox when he gets to work in the morning. Ha I love it. Woody needs to be fired tomorrow, not after the season. Its pretty bad when your girlfriend is calling the plays. I wish we had some bad *** alum that could buy Croom's sorry *** out. I never drank the koolaid after last season. I always said Croom has to prove to me THIS year that he could win. Last year was a fluke.
