I like Jans but until he gets us past the first game in the NCAA tournament he has accomplished nothing here that Stansbury didn't already do.

I want him to be our most successful basketball coach since Richard Williams, mind you, but to date he hasn't done that.

He will do that this year as long as we don't get matched up with a mid major conf champ that shoots 20 for 30 from 3pt land.

If you’re not sold on this guy then I question your intelligence.
I wish more people would have been sold on him back during the pre-conference games. And a few there in the middle when we were struggling. (I'm talking actual game attendance here)

Coaches remember that shlt.

Attendance is still sh|t though.
Tuesday night marque game of two ranked teams and the Hump was 60%.
Embarrassing. This is the team our fans craved for over a decade and we can’t get 9k in the Hump.

But we’ll definitely show up to watch our sh1tty baseball team!

Crowd was certainly disappointing given the big win Saturday, 6PM start, game stakes/opportunity and nice weather, not even really a cold walk to the Hump. More surprising was the student section as they have been great to incredible for both FB and MBKB all year (poor WBKB another story). Solid but nothing like previous games including the Pitt game back in Dec that might have been the biggest I've ever seen with upper deck packed half court to half court. Not sure what was up on Tuesday.

Frustrating but but I've stopped worrying about it. Nothing I can do and complaining about it in an echo chamber isn't going to improve it so I'll just go and hope others join me.
