Would you take Auburn's long term success if it meant Ole Miss had Alabama's?

This was posed to me by an Ole Miss co-worker. We both agreed no although it's a really good question.

If you wouldn't want a National Championship because you are too jealous of your neighbor's success...Your and idoit.

I'd swap places with Auburn in a heartbeat.

Would I guy Cam Newton? Yes, like Auburn did and we should have. What else has Auburn done that is so great?

For the sake of looking past a NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP...they are a national brand and have had Heisman trophy winners.

Call me crazy, but I'd do anything to be in a stadium when Maroon and White confetti fell from the rafters and our coach raised the crystal.

Auburn has had 3 undefeated seasons in the last 20 years. That may not sound like much, but its 3 more undefeated seasons than Florida has EVER had.

[/splashes cold water on faces]: ok, now that an awareness of reality is restored, let's focus on baseball and hope against hope that at some point in the very near future we are celebrating success in the only sport (that arguably matters) in which we have any shot of competing at the national level on a consistent basis.
