I feel like I'm in bizarro world- I'm making great basketball posts, but I don't know this piece of baseball info!

I had heard it was some kind of discipline issue- but I don't know what he did or didn't do.

But hey! It got our roster down to 35!

And honestly, I wasn't really sure how he fit in anyway. Unless Cohen just wanted some insurance because Brownlee is so injury prone. But, I think our outfield with CT- I think he's that good, Jaron, and Brownlee, and then you have to get Vickerson and maybe Hunter Renfroe's bat in the lineup somehow, and you can only have one DH....

And playing time might have been part of the issue, but like I said, I honestly don't know.

He has had discipline issues, mainly being late for meetings and practice. Had not heard he'd been sent packing.

Officially reported it. But, he has been gone for awhile. I'm not sure if he even came back for the spring to be honest with you.

Gene is pretty passive aggressive about guys on the baseball team that get dismissed. It's actually kind of funny because all of a sudden people are like- "Hey! What happened to __?" And then Gene will be like," I think he had a discipline issue." When Gene drops this line, you can bet that they are toast. And sure enough the next day, Gene will post "__ is no longer with the team."

I just wasn't exactly sure what he had specifically done other than there were "some problems". And I'm not real sure how this all exactly went down either- I'm working on it though. But I don't know if it was Bishop deciding to leave on his own- which I don't think is the case because I had heard that he was "dismissed", or if Cohen decided to cut him over his "problems", or if it was a mutual agreement- again, if he was "dismissed" that doesn't seem to be very mutual.
