You better watch where you step....So many great songs.....hard to pick just one. Free Fallin maybe.
Springsteen's still around.RIP. That only leaves Dylan and Neil Young as rock stars who I can sign better than.
Or you can eat hummus and wish you'd die.Sonny's every Wednesday? Probably what killed him.
Short, sweet, to the point -- this one oozes "cool" from every pore...
Barbeque is possibly the unhealthiest food in the world. The way the meat is smoked to perfection, together with the charring, produces a carcinogen cornucopia on the outer layer. That's not even getting into the artery clogging properties of fatty cuts, the sugar overload from many barbeque sauces, and the bonus carcinogens from nitrogenous preservatives.Don't say that, I visit Sonny's at least three times a week. I can't imagine a world without a rack of ribs. Tom Petty was from Gainesville, Fl where Sonny's started. It is a sad day for all. Rest in Peace Tom Petty and thank you for the tremendous music and memories that will not die
Or eat like a grizzly bear, see your toes, strengthen every organ in your body, and feel more energy than you have in decades while still having a great time at dinner.Or you can eat hummus and wish you'd die.

So true. It's hard to imagine a world in which Sean Penn wasn't a repulsive degenerate. Was that really just one lifetime ago?
My Wife and I saw him in concert in June in Cincinnati.
RIP....my friend.
Some things in life are worth it. BBQ is one of them. Franklin Roosevelt was president when I was born so I am getting up in age. Health foods and diets are not of concern to me because what the government says is good for you changes like the seasons. So I eat any and all things in moderation and I can still carry in a bucket of coal. I have my grandpa's BBQ recipe, he lived to be 86 and was breaking horses two days before he die. Mama died at 95 in her sleep and raised us how she was raised on grits, fried mullet, collards and swamp cabbage (Sabel palm hearts). At my house we eat what some would call Southern cooking but we just call it supper.Barbeque is possibly the unhealthiest food in the world. Regular consumption will significantly increase your likelihood of suffering from like half the top 10 fatal diseases in the US.
But yeah, it is horribly tasty.
I'm certainly not sticking up for the government - I'm a medical researcher, and the science of what is good for you has changed relatively little over the past couple decades. Some things in life are worth it. Now some things I do stay away from Any cola based soft drink and any and all diet drinks. I also refuse to eat any artificial sugar replacement. I prefer sugar cane sugars. I drink ice tea and well water and of course a pot of black coffee for breakfast. I have found the unhealthiest people on earth are vegetarians and their life expectancy is suspect. But I guess they do have clear arteries but very little nourishment. They get a little puny.
I hope to be here when the morning comes but if I ain't. Go Cats and RIP Tom Petty. You were a good one and we will miss you. The next time I have a slab of baby backs at Sonny's I will salute you.
