You mean the guy a certain poster claimed - and bashed many here for being "ignorant" about - was going to take USF to the BCS within 5 years regardless of conference affiliation? THAT Willie Taggert? lol....

A casual fan probably wouldn't. Those that follow College football closely, its a chance to see North East teams in competitive games on a rainy friday when RU is idle. Plus many side stories which the casual fan would not be aware of or be interested in.

Memphis appears to be a good team. Puts a lot of points up and their games are good to watch.I fear that the uconners are going have to lose without my support. Too late to watch.

Memphis' D looks like it might catch up to them in this game. I knew they lost their DC to Mizzou, didn't realize they lost 8 starters and 4 backups as well. Their offense is good but hasn't looked good so far this game. They were ranked in the 100s after last week. That's not good enough even if your offense is top 10. Need to be at least mediocre. Looks like it will be a tough transition year on D though with all the losses they had, don't know how much it will improve.

Adonis Jennings on the field for Temple, lol A name from the past. Reviewing a PJ Walker (Elizabeth HS) to Jennings catch now. Brutal weather there. Temple a 24 point favorite I think.

Game is at Princeton and the place is about 10 fans above literally empty.

Miami might be in the mix, but more of a long-shot than USF.

Memphis got an ugly win but a win nonetheless. Physical game for them. Their defense shored up some as the game went along but still think it's going to be a challenge for them all season to overcome it.

People want to tie him to Miami but Golden's contract runs through 2020. Is Miami going to buy that out or is there a smaller buyout written into the contract? If not then USF/UCF are the realistic options in Florida.

Both Temple and Memphis won their games. While style points are nice, at the end of the year, its only the W's that count.
