Most of the coaches on that list haven’t won anything nor has the program they’re with.

James Jones on the same list as Rick Pitino, Izzo, Self…

Cal isn’t on there which is insane. He dam near won 30 games last year. Two S16s at Arky ain’t bad.

Byngton and Vandy haven’t done anything.

New Mexico, UC Irvine, Saint Louis…

Best case scenario, Save about 4-5 schools and coaches, it reads more like an “Up and coming list”

Kind of a new kids on the block keep an eye on this new coach and that new program that had a decent portal haul.

Clearly this isn't about historical, it's about where they are now otherwise ASU would have no place on this list. They're there given they picked up the St Mary's coach.

To me this list is basically who he thinks has the best pure coaches in the country. It's the only way the list makes sense.
