My younger cousin is Oxford PD, and he preys....
my younger cousin is fresh out of school (UM grad at that) and is Oxford PD.....the stories he tells me are ridiculous.....especially with the finger waiving dude on the basketball team....
But i will tell you this, he tells me all the time they TARGET frat boys and athletes.....you can call it what you want, and I even said thats not right....he just said the OPD gets the most problems out them, and its an unwritten rule.
I am sure the same goes for Starkville PD, but this is fact.

That doesn't surprise me, and honestly I expect that any police department will eventually start profiling. They see first hand who the trouble-makers are, and so they can't help but start to think you're a likely trouble-maker if you look like the typical demographic.
In Oxford, I would assume that a frat swoop and a pair of boat shoes makes you look like a guy that might cause a drunken brawl, or get behind a wheel drunk.

I have no idea if victory Red knows a cop or not, but if there's no public record of this event on the whole 17n internet why let him "break the news" on this forum?
