No commission. You just have to sign an exclusive agency agreement good for ten years that you will use me and only me in any real estate transaction that may occur.

Kidding of course, for the sarcasm impaired. There are no fee's, commissions, or agreements of any kind associated with this contest. The only money that will change hands is the money I pay the two winners.
