I saw this team in September and Terry Sanford absolutely blasted them 47-6. Then the Hawks got dominated by Pine Forest and Overhills. It wasn't a pretty conference season for Triton. Word is the team was dealing with huge issues with health for most of the season and nobody in conference really got to play the real Triton team. All American conference coaches have all said the same, "Triton is dangerous". So, the Hawks got healthy, the bracket broke in a favorable way and now this team is rolling. Tough task moving forward at Northern Nash, but the community is behind this team and will show out next Friday. It would be something to see a #28 seed reach the semi's.
1st time I heard of this school. How long has Triton been around. This is an interesting story for this team.
Since 1985. It was a merger of Dunn, Erwin, and Coats High Schools in Harnett County ...

Well the clock will strike midnight for cindarella in death valley friday night. This Senior class has been special since they step foot at NN. All big 3 sports have excelled. Look out for Basketball and Baseball as well. Bring on whichever team from fayetteville makes the I 95 N trip
