Nothing will ever come of this . They can't prove Biden didn't approve of the signing of the documents.
Trump needs to challenge the legitimacy of the pardons anyway. For his sake. I don't believe those constitute pardons as there is no specific crime or action being pardoned. It appears to be a grant of immunity, which a President has no authority to do.
If they are legitimate, then Trump knows he can protect his entire family and staff when he leaves office. If they aren't legitimate, Biden gets screwed.
I'm not a lawyer but I do watch law and order ....
I asked a lawyer friend how giving a pardon to someone who hasn't been accused or convicted legal and he said it wasn't in any way shape or form . You can bet your bottom dollar if Trump does the same thing it will be contested and by then the statue of limitations will have run out on Biden's illegal pardons.
Don't see how they can prove the auto pen and need to move on from it . Sucks but can't fight it
Biden has serious Congitive issues. Who controlled the autopen and can Biden pass a test to prove he even understands what was signed.
I wonder if NBC and some in the previous DOJ wishes they would have given a different answer then.

I agree....Biden was a mush brain. But proving at the time he didn't know what was going on is impossible. Was using the pen legal to begin with? That's a different discussion.
They can fight it out in Court but let's go start asking some questions of certain people. Lying to the FBI going forward is still a crime. Certain Documents can be signed by auto pen. Others have have an original signature.
Not sure if that's the battle I would choose. When I say that I mean i wouldn't ask if he was competent I would ask if using the auto pen to sign pardons was legal.
Cant see a way to prove just how brain dead he was at that time .
The DOJ said he was pretty bad off during their Investigation for Classified Documents. Let's see what the Courts have to say. Until then everyone that got one can keep paying their lawyers to argue for them.
have until tomorrow to agree to testify about their knowledge of the autopen pardons and who was actually running the government.
If they refuse Republicans on the House Oversight Committee will issue subpoenas for the conspirators.
