Yeah that’s fine. We wouldn’t gain much from another 15-2 beatdown of a SWAC team. Not like it was in our control anyway, my understanding is they had to reschedule some conference games for this midweek and that took precedent over our game.
I swear I have heard this as well. Not sure if radio or one of the msu podcasts but it was said it was the first time we played them 4 straight games in a row in modern era.

Yes. We lucked out big time on this.
18 games left….and only 2 against teams outside the current Top 53 in RPI, for a team that already has the #3 SOS in the country. Very real possibility that we finish #1 in SOS based on current position and what we have left.
