I guess more money and more job security? It's nice to know that other power schools actually want some of our coaches. If that's the case, let's hope this is wrong and this dude stays put at Kentucky. We can't afford to lose any good coaching at this point.
He's one I would like to keep besides Marrow and Scott. Rest can bounce any time.
VM coaches the TE... maybe the most talented position on the team besides running back... The problem is we don't have a head coach or an offensive coordinator smart enough to get them the ball
No how about you get lost! You are too busy whining about coach cal yelling to even know who our coaches, a very important one on top of that. You can never put your 2 cents on this football team again.

Well this is one of the 3 coaches that I liked on our staff. I guess the other 2 are going to leave next. :-/

Wow!! You voice your opinions and comment over and over in these forums and you have to ask what position Coach Marrow coaches!! Absurd. You just outed yourself! Nobody should read any of your opinions again. Sad.
We have some talented DB recruits committed in this classs. This move could negatively impact that. Gilliam might have been hard to keep even without this move.
But most if not all who closely follow the program should know the position coaches especially one as highly publicized and regarded as Marrow. And if you don't know....google is your friend and UKathletics would help too.
I dont care really...i remember last offseason everyone was worried Marrow was gonna leave...did it make one bit of difference that he stayed? Did it? 5-7 again this year...him staying mattered little in final outcome of wins and losses. I'm sure he will be targeted again this offseason if he is as valuable as you guys say.
He actually was targeted by harbaugh at Michigan. So much for your lack of knowledge. Also marrow is a key recruiter. I advise you to quit talking, I usually don't like to pick on posters but you are the exception. Just go back to complaining about cal yelling.
I know he was targeted by Michigan and maybe this year ohio state or notre dame...point is it doesnt matter...if he stays or goes in the grand scheme of things it will not matter to our football program. Next year our record wont rely on his staying or going

Ansley was a good coach, but Stoops himself is a DB guy, so I'm sure he had quite a bit of input into the coaching of those guys as well. I don't think we will have too much drop off at that position with this loss.

It does now allow Stoops to start jockeying assignments around and leaves an opening to be filled. Does he demote or reassign Eliot and bring in Pelini? Wishful thinking, I know.

If you're going to grace us with your lack of knowledge ....don't waste our time with your opinion on the State of the Program....a Program you know little to nothing about apparently.
I was wondering the same thing. I know Pelini is the name floating around but another one I was thinking of is Bud Foster. I don't know if he will stay on with new coach, but not sure if he would come here. He would be a big time hire and he has coached secondary and he was a ST coach at VaTech and we all know how good Beamer's teams were at ST.
His name was one of the first ones Smart mentioned. I didn't think it a great idea to bring it up and had to look the connection up. And let was a GA at Bama for a couple of years. Smart thinks a lot of him . but I have no idea if he is coming or not
