STARKVILLE, Miss. - One of only five quarterbacks this season with 10-plus passing touchdowns and less than two interceptions, Mississippi State quarterback Tyler Russell was named to the Manning Award Watch List, the Allstate Sugar Bowl announced Wednesday.
