Houston has called and fears their margin of victory over Tulsa might be eclipsed.
AD Justin Moore is at the game. He should consider not allowing the team back on the field for the second half. I know that won't really happen, but what do you do when the players act like they don't give a ratso. I'm sure Moore knows now that the football program needs a complete overhaul. Get to it!
The program does not need a complete overhaul, just a new head coach. Our talent is not that bad, but the coaching is….
Lane Kiffin got fired a few years back by USC before his team made it home from a road loss.

Considering the opponent this is possibly the worst first half performance by a TU team I’ve ever witnessed….and I’m old.

Apparently a fluke. The real TU has returned this week and apparently they're trying to emulate Burns' teams of getting down 40 at half and then trying to score some points to make you think it wasn't all that bad. Its worse. We're making Jalen Kitna look like his dad.
Well... I'm done feeling this bad every Saturday. TU gave me hope last week but showed is was all just smoke and mirrors...
Ya, think I’m just going to break out all of the deer hunting stuff and focus on that for the rest of the season
The special teams continue to be the worst in the country, the going in defensive game plan was again very bad, offense - none! UAB run defense has been bad and we can’t exploit it. Their o-line is as weak as ours but we get little pass pressure.

Watching the halftime show (for some reason yes, I am still here), and I will give UAB credit for having a good band. Something we haven’t seen at Tulsa for a while, along with competitive football.
This performance against this opponent has NOTHING to do with freshman players….

I went to a play with my wife this afternoon. Thanks for the synopsis of today’s disaster. Since Gold* has abandoned us there are no more game thoughts so this will have to do.
Hopefully Wilson is fired prior to boarding the plane or when he arrives home.
2 stops all day and one led to a fumble on the return. Our special teams coverage is bad. Maybe we should go for it on every fourth down and onside kick every time. If we are going to be embarrassed let’s at least be aggressive.
I am coming to the conclusion last week's game was kind of like the Tulane win after the pizza world record.
