Very few seats seem available in regular seating area. The deal being run is to fill out student section, often schools run these types of discounts during break for student section seats, friend at SJ went to game at MSG the other day on similar type student section discount.Me too. Something is wrong with our marketing approach. No way we should have to discount tickets for this game, regardless when it is being played.
Thanks for ruining today's episode of "The Blame Game"!Very few seats seem available in regular seating area. Very interesting, since in fact tickets are available for tonight’s UConn at PC game. Guess the numerous HS groups and youth basketball organizations can’t make it.When I was at the Providence game on 12/19 their student sections had plenty of students as well as numerous HS groups & youth basketball organizations.
Like I said earlier, there is a marketing issue. It should be swell having Uconn fans dominating our student section. For some reason, their fans don't mind 8PM games.
I was at that game too and thought it was not a good turn out for the PC students. I sat in the upper tier and could have moved way down and sat behind the basket. I went to that game the last two years and it was completely packed but on 12/19 right before Christmas the crowd was OK but I was not impressed. I guess two different perspectives but we won. When I was at the Providence game on 12/19 their student sections had plenty of students as well as numerous HS groups & youth basketball organizations.

How many Uconn fans do you predict are going to fill our arena on a Tuesday night at 8pm? The vast majority of them live in CT; we're not talking about the Big East Tournament. When I was at the Providence game on 12/19 their student sections had plenty of students as well as numerous HS groups & youth basketball organizations.

If UConn fans were looking to come in large numbers, both regular seating and student section would already be sold out. While I expect more UConn fans than Creighton fans, not expecting they will dominate the crowd. When I was at the Providence game on 12/19 their student sections had plenty of students as well as numerous HS groups & youth basketball organizations.

As long as u go, it's OK,,, keep post during game dude!... never Chill....students arent back yet next week ?
Right. Place looks empty. Very uninspired crowd.Very interesting, since in fact tickets are available for tonight’s UConn at PC game. Guess the numerous HS groups and youth basketball organizations can’t make it.
Attendance was 11,789. Not a sell out.Right. Place looks empty. Very uninspired crowd.
Not our pro football teams, LOL!Honestly, I'm surprised attendance has been as good as it has. We won 7 games last year and haven't cracked the top 25 this year. The are plenty of other things commanding ordinary sports fans' attention in this area .
...and not my Devils, either. I don't pay much attention, but I don't think the Knicks are having a year like last year, either. Not our pro football teams, LOL!
They tend to show up pretty well even in these circumstances. Credit to their lawyers for negotiating such generous terms of parole. How many Uconn fans do you predict are going to fill our arena on a Tuesday night at 8pm? I just got an email from my daughters CYO about group tickets for the gameWhen I was at the Providence game on 12/19 their student sections had plenty of students as well as numerous HS groups & youth basketball organizations.
