Had the roster remained healthy, the 2-seed would have been accurate.The fact is, UConn was a good team this year, not a great one. I thought their #2 seed was mostly a nod to their legacy and not to their on-court performance this year.
At any rate, it should matter little. There is one dominant team this year and unless they play a bad game on the same night their opponent plays their best game, everybody else is playing for 2nd place.
