If you're talking about the maroon ones at the start of the video, they don't hold a candle in horribleness to the rainbow strips of this year. I hope we don't use them this year ... but I'm afraid we will. Louisville had something similar against Vandy and they looked horrible.
I gotta admit I miss that "ping" of the bats. I still don't understand why they don't just use wood bats. Hell how many guys there have already been drafted. It's basically minor league baseball. I'd much rather they use the same bats the pros use than some nerfed down metal version. Don't tell me they can't produce enough bats for college. That's b.s. it's America damn it. Ha
Those were always my favorites. I recall seeing a clip of them warming up in them and got excited. Then, they came out in those "clown suits", much to my dismay. They even took a team picture in Omaha in the grey ones.
