I've said before, I think stokes is gonna be a dud. Jasper Johnson love of all shots and not a high motor that makes for good teammate and defender.

Shelstad was injured much of the year. I am ok with going with the sure thing at PG in Diallo. Let's give Diallo more than one game to get acclimated.
Uh, he’s been playing power conference CBB going on 3 seasons now… He’s as “acclaimed” as he’s going to get at this level! Pope is going to need Momcilovic to take over some games, but even then, it’s going to be a long season.

The talent disparity between UK and the top 10-12 teams is glaring, and I shudder to even think about the top 3-4 teams.

The 5 star center was impressive for UL.
He sure was and it's hard to say it but they could be a tough out this year. If Kansas is able to keep all their guys eligible they will be difficult to handle as well.

This basketball season should be fun to watch . A lot of good teams and I think we could be one of them if a few guys break out this season .

Agree 1 game is nothing. Practicing against each other is way different than a real game too . Hopefully next summer we do some exhibition games to gel earlier. Momcilavic will be a blast to watch this season and I think he has more tricks in his bag other than just being a spot up shooter. Just my gut feeling so I could be totally wrong .

UofL looked pretty good. Cats aren’t beating that team- UK basketball needs new leadership.
Every game takes on a different personality once the ball is tipped off. If you compared Louisville against Kansas to Kentucky against Little Rock, yes, that Louisville team should win pretty handily.

But Kentucky may look much better against a better team in Texas Tech. And maybe that version of Kentucky plays better than the recent Louisville game.

Just don't know until tip off.

As others have stated we will have a good idea of where we are headed by the start of conference play. If its a repeat of Gonzaga and MSU then we are in trouble. Hopefully its more like Gonzaga and Duke year 1.

Zoom? More like Saul smith! He’s trash! Just like Kam Williams, Trent Noah and big frank! Especially the head coach pops trash! 0 of these guys plays for Coach Cal at UK or Duke!
