OM is really bad. Their coach’s hat game is worse
My daughter saw their coach and said, she has the worst hair and the hat is worse.
This year is definitely a work in progress, as it always was going to be. We really need a win here. They’re one of the worst teams in the conference. Good news is we’ve been a 2nd half team all year. If we can get a goal I think more will come.
We're not as sharp or quick tonight as we've been this season. Our crowd is pretty quiet tonight also. I understand we can't be up for every match this season but thought both crowd and team would be a little more lively,
We got spoiled with Maddy Anderson & Cat Perez (still playing professionally in Europe) before her. She’s still adjusting to this level of opponents. But she’s pretty good.
Our faculty sold their tix to the visiting rabble fans.
Not gonna lie, I thought they were going to call a foul on Harris when that Ole Miss player fell even though she was 30 feet away.

Arkansas played to a 2-2 draw at South Carolina, while Georgia fell 2-0 at Tennessee, so State is now tied for 1st with Arkansas, which is where they play Sunday.
She’s got some guns. Way too intense for a soccer coach. If I’m a player I definitely want to play for Zimmerman or Armstrong of really most any other coach.
Only saw 2nd half. But it was all State. UM parked the bus & we had a lot of trouble breaking it down. But it’s hard to do that for 90 minutes. Total shots were 21-3 for State. That’s asking a lot from your goalkeeper. And thought theirs played well. I’ll take the 2-0 win every time though.
Their GK did a pretty amazing job, especially only having logged 14 minutes this season.
Arkansas tied South Carolina tonight. So State is tied with Arkansas for 1st in SEC. 1 point ahead of Tennessee & 2 points ahead of South Carolina.
