Not to p1ss on the video, but that **** with coaches screaming in players faces about how we play for each other or in another video about how no one else likes contact like we do seems so pointless. Every coach says that ****. All good teams play like they care. It's football, the name of the game is contact. Stein has it right though, what makes the difference is technique and execution.

I like the intense coach speeches. I get it if some don’t but it gets me hyped up watching it every time.
