I'm not a big fan of the script State even though we've apparently went all in on it. And I know lots of folks clamored for the interlocking MSU to go back on the helmets. I'm nostalgic too, because that's the logo that was there when I was a student. But by far, our best success as a program came while sporting the banner M.

That’s the dumbest thing to say. Your logo is part of your identity. Brand recognition is everything… from McDonald’s to Apple. You can tell the companies who get it right and those who don’t. Simple and clean beats busy. Texas has the best logo in the country because a seven year old can draw it but yet it is unique and timeless.

Nobody really cares about logos when it comes to sports.
