3. Hugh Freeze was calling the hookers for underage recruits, not himself.

I don’t see why any of these would be unpopular opinions, except the last one. And that’s more of a prediction than an opinion.

I’d add the caveat to #2 that it also looks great painted on midfield, but agree that it generally doesn’t look good on hats, polos, etc.

I don’t enjoy bringing a cowbell to a game. Find it to be an inconvenience. But have no issues with others doing it.

I don’t like Hail State as a slogan or a thing you say to a stranger in a maroon shirt. To me that’s just the name of our fight song. I prefer go State or Go Dogs.

That’s another pet peeve of mine: Dogs vs Dawgs. We are the Bulldogs, not the Bulldawgs. So I prefer Dogs.

I also think we have a legit chance to win on Saturday. I just don’t believe UT is as reliable in these kind of games as the Bama/UGA/LSU types. They took a bad loss at Arkansas last year and their best team in recent memory got boat raced at South Carolina with their playoff hopes on the line a couple of years ago. We could get smoked, yes, but I also believe we have a better chance than many are giving us, especially at home.

I think Oby’s also may be overrated…. It’s fine, but it’s the only place my wife ever wants to eat when we are in town and I don’t think it’s THAT good.

My theory was Freeze got caught doing a bunch of stuff but admins and he agreed on just him getting hookers would be the official reason and only thing made public. He’s an idiot but there would be no need or reason for the head coach to be the one making calls to hookers on recruits behalf. There’s just not a world where that would happen.

My wife got Grape Nuts on the brain a few months ago and I went to the Smallmart to get some. Looked up and down the cereal aisle and assumed they didn't carry it. Went to the CS desk and asked if they had it and they looked at me like I had 2 heads. They looked it up and sure enough there it was hiding on the bottom shelf. No doubt an acquired taste and texture.

Ole Miss definitely had girls 17ing recruits on their visits. It’s why everyone loved going there for an official. I don’t know if they were actual hookers or not, but they certainly were 17ing.

Some of both. The girls from Memphis that would come down to Oxford on recruiting weekends were definitely for the players. The ones on the road were for Hughey. Road recruiting visits are typically at school or in home. You're probably not bringing in the hookers for either one of those.
