I don't have any real issues with your other opinions, but this one should be highlighted. Right up there with slow cooked bacon.

You cook a fatty ribeye at 600-700 degrees to a perfect medium rare. Let it rest with a little garlic butter and it’ll creep up another 10 degrees. The fat will char on the outside and render on the inside.
I've been saying we should be looking at the road to the playoff objectively. We aren't going undefeated and we aren't going to the SEC Championship game. Could we end up 5-3 in the SEC and in that 4th/5th position. Absolutely. And that starts tomorrow after we beat Tennessee.
I, too, loathe the white helmets. Maroon is a much better look. Silver/gray should be the alternate instead of white.
Yeah, but LSU isn't very good at all. They were propped up after beating Clemson, who has turned out to be a paper tiger. If we had decent AP voters, they would be penalizing LSU for looking lackluster against Louisiana Tech and Florida. My statement is less about Ole Miss and more about LSU.

Also, when we beat LSU in 2019, Rod Gibson didn't get in the endzone on that play (although I think he did get in the play before and they didn't give it to us)

Neither our white or maroon with white stripes are anywhere near as bad as Memphis's blue tiger stripes or the Bengal's black and white tiger stripes. Those things are dizzying.

Yep. Funny thing was the young woman who looked it up was so intrigued by what I was talking about she took me over to find it. Handed her a box and told her it's basically a box of BB's in weight, flavor and texture ... it's an "acquired taste" if you're wondering "why?".

I never minded it as the basketball mid court logo or on a few different pieces of apparel I had. I just thought it sucked on a bland white Croom era football helmet.

Yes. The banner on the Croom helmet was created in like 1995 or 96. The redesign occurred in 2008. Just look up a Croom helmet vs. what we wore from 2009-2022 and you will notice the differences.
