Hopefully that will happen on Friday. This may be a tough game for us, but hopefully we play reasonably well, limit the penalties and dumb mistakes, get the job done and leave with the W. I think our ranking is about right and I'm really ok with it. All things considered, I think this is a successful season win or lose on Friday.
What will be interesting to watch is this programs upside going forward. We could have more upside with the right players in Langs offense, I don't know, but I think fans should temper their expectations. I don't see the Huskers as a perennial top 10 program. Doesn't mean we don't crack the top 10 from time to time. Top 25?....yes, and based on where we're coming from, I'll take it. GBR--beat Iowa!
