The same airline that called the cops on a NM football player because he wouldn't pull up his saggy pants has allowed an old white guy to fly unmolested (pun intended) wearing, get this,......women's panties and stockings.

I hate the baggy pants as much as anybody but I think the FB player has a case. This is the slippery slope a company that serves the public puts themselves on when they by their own admission have no dress code and leave it completely up to the discretion of individual employees to decide what flys and what does not.

All the man had to claim is that he is "transgendered" or even "sexually confused" and the lawsuit would have been filed with him winning. That is the society we are currently living in. Hell Tracy Morgan is currently being made to make a national apology tour for including gays in a comedy act in Nashville.

If he was kicked off the plane and he didn't break the laws for indecent exposure as soon as his *** hit the terminal again.... you don't think he could have at least brought up a case?
