Ustream games

If a regular joe shmoe wanted to ustream a game, is there any rule/law against that?

I ran a google search on high school football on ustream and several schools around the country do it.
Not that much different than a youtube station.

doubt anyone would catch you and they would have to post or announce it. some schools put it on their ticket stubs in some places. i doubt many schools have a written policy.
