Imagine what we could do with a ~$100M a year AD budget. State budget is ~ $50M a year. Think about what we could do if we doubled that. We definitely get more for the amount we spend than most SEC schools.

The UT athletic department spends a startling $21 million a year on debt payments, $13.5 million of which comes from the school’s stressed $99.5 million athletic budget and the rest from donations.
