I live in the San Antonio area and I heard on the radio this morning they were expecting 35-40k people at the game. I guess that's a pretty good turn out for a program only in their 3rd or 4th season of D1 football.
The Alamodome holds a little over 70,000 so if looks good on TV, they may have gotten an even better turnout.
