Duke to Univ of VA, only 11.8 miles? Looks like a little less than 200 to me unless my geography is off or brain dead
From Durham, NC to Charlottesville, VA is way more than 11.8 miles. More like 175 miles. Maybe you were thinking UNC at Chapel Hill.

No big deal. Since it’s a club sport he’ll probably just drive in on game days and let the other guys handle practice
Sucks but with the transfer portal open & UVA hemorrhaging players this is the way it’s done these days.
been a few years but we went to Duke for a kid visit and the baseball stadium was worse than a halfway decent high school stadium
I had to do that drive somewhat frequently from the Research Triangle to Charlottesville about 10 years ago. You would have saved me a lot of money and time if it was a 15 minute drive instead of 3ish hours

This is looking from a fan perspective. This is just a job change for a coach. They don't have the same emotional investment.
