That is some fine AD work at UVA considering no experienced HC would EVER sign on to a school without an established FB tradition and where FB plays second fiddle to BB.

That is the type of hire you make when you're P5 progam looking to build some competitive consistency...an experienced HC who has a record of building a program and winning...

Big time career move for him...BYU is probably a more competitive program right now...but if he gets to a couple bowl games with UVA...he'll be in a position to make a move to a big boy...
