Now granted - OM beat Ga St 63-7 a few weeks ago. So, we’re not exactly talking about 2001 Miami. But still.

Vandy has Alabama, LSU, Mizzou and Texas all coming up. But, they beat Alabama last year. And they get LSU and Mizzou at home.

I’ll give the 12 team playoff credit. This has to be about as exciting as Vandy football gets. Even if they slip up at Texas and at Tennessee- Vandy could see make it into the CPO. That’s pretty cool.

People can hate the NIL era all they want but this is so much more interesting than pre-NIL. I like the fact that we're staring down the barrel of a Vandy win over Bama. Mullins 4-0, MSU 4-0, Florida in a tailspin, Clemson on the ropes. C'mon people, this is so much better than what we had...

The uncertainty is so much more fun. I’d be happy to see all these dynasties suffer a few bad seasons instead of the nonstop dominance with the old Saban roster stacking.

Lee has done a great job at Vandy. Amazing job. I hope they do make the playoffs.

Also you're right, the playoffs was a great addition to college football. Because it keeps so many teams goals in play for much longer into the season. Auburn for example can still make the playoffs. (I'm not saying they will, just that they are not out of it.)

Yeah. I agree. I think it’s helped get talent out of some of the top programs in football.

Weirdly, I think it might have had the opposite effect in college baseball.

Ok but what happens to the conference when 3 teams go undefeated.

Hilariously - it is technically possible with Vandy, OU, and State this year.

I don't want Vandy to be successful at anything.
