I wonder if this will teach Freeze to stick to tweeting pictures of fish...

and not antagonize the trolls out there on the inter webs.

I doubt anything comes of this, but it looks as if his mouth has caused them a little bit of trouble.

I imagine Freeze knew the policies regarding privacy and decided if there were any tattle tellers Ole Miss would be sure to be the first to know about them. I always thought this was pretty smart. Kind of like a sting operation. Knowing there are car thieves in a certain area and leaving the keys in a Cadillac with the door wide open and wait.

Bracky would give them all the emails of the entire university and setup a monitoring system.

Where is Mike Slive? I forgot, forgive me, he doesn't care as long as he get his million dollar bonus annually. Typical blantant arrogance of the Bears and anybody and everybody knows they are cheating like hell.

Think I'm beginning to think this Veazey likes trying to get to the bottom of things regardless of who it is he's covering. Not sure this article sees the light of day in every paper.

As a lawyer, I'd say those four excuses are a load of crap. I'd be interested to see if Veazey keeps pushing and gets this to court.

As a patron of Fox News, anyone who says that they are being transparent is a full of crap.

Well send your evidence to Veazey. OM cheating = Bigfoot....anybody and everybody knows it there, they just can't prove it. j/k about Bigfoot, but you get the point.

The best thing about the article is Veazey submitted another public records request about the ole miss/ NCAA corespondence because of the lawyers answer. So now it is 2 potential federal law violations.

What's great about Kyle is that he truly believes in enterprise journalism. He's not afraid to actually investigate leads and report things that may be real stories. It will be interesting to see if the CA lets him take this as far as he would like to. There are a lot of UM folks in Memphis, but there are way more Memphis supporters that would live to see UM taken down a notch.

Nothing will come of this. The NCAA has names, places, and dates of transactions

Regarding the violations surrounding the CJ Johnson recruitment, yet they have not even began to act or inquire about them. I can point the NCAA in the direction of 3 separate individuals involved in the CJ Johnson payoff, but they don't want it. Unless OM confesses that they provided monetary items and monies to any of their "surprise", "last second change of heart", "they just loved the OM winning culture" recruits, they willl never get busted. After the CJ ********, I was more than convinced. The SEC office and NCAA office in Indy has leads, names, places and dates of transactions, but nothings happened. I say let the games begin and send Bracky the 17 packin.

It helps their investigation if you, or your significant other offers them sex. A lot of info can be passed during pillow talk.

Why not let it go? We need to be concerned about our recruiting not another program. It is what it is.

That sounds like rock solid stuff there Matlock.

As an OM fan i sure hope that the NCAA doesn't read the pack and bust us.

You do at least acknowledge the irony of the fan of a school that just got put on probation for cheating a few weeks back saying it is time to start cheating, right?

So, any reb supporter ... please explain ...

What's the difference in the 31 emails that were not released?

OM gets 85 emails with 'suspected' violations. 54 are released with redacted info. Why not release them all if compliance has investigated & found zero violations? What makes the 31 different from the 54?

I submit again, this would never happen with our compliance dept (and I don't mean that in a good way). We should seriously take classes from these 17ers. We need to adios Bracky, hire a smooth criminal defense attorney, and send them to ethics in football recruiting 101,201,301, 401 in oxford. in exchange for the sleaze sharing we will make friends with omu. We will list out recruits in the summer that we are both targeting and flip a coin over each of them. If there is unrest over one guy, then there will be a silent auction on said guy.

Slam dunk? You mean facts?

And someone just confesses and pleads guilty before proven guilty. The dont do a 17ing thing unless they can cake walk to a ruling.

If you are submitting accusations, they are going to file 13 it. Think of how many baseless claims they get in a year. They don't have time to hunt down every "lead" they get. Now if you have proof to back up claims, you could always give it to an aspiring journalist wanting to rock the boat. I'm sure there are plenty out there from reputable outlets that would love to expose major recruiting violations and the NCAA's negligence. If you have proof, use it.

I don't understand. They don't have a rebel Bracky to help all of this along to the NCAA?

It's like the Sanders recruitment. Every Tom, Dick, and Harry knew he got paid in the ballpark of $3k not to take his visit at MSU but me emailing [email protected] saying John Smith gave money to a recruit is going to get zero results. If they investigated every one of the billions of emails bitter fans sent about teams *maybe* cheating they'd be larger than the federal government. They wait on journalists to write 100 articles with 100,000 views on a recruit receiving a free $20,000 Mustang or free tires and then go in for the kill. For whatever reason (it's obvious) the only articles written about these kind of transactions are about MSU.

If y'all give me 20 years I think I can convince at least one girl who graduated from Ole Miss to fall in love with me. I'll send her to the spa one day and funnel an ourtragous amount of money, too much for a recruit to be able to pay back, into her bank account. From there I'll send nudey pictures of her and a check for $X in her name to their highest profile commit. I'll monitor via online banking and once the check is cashed I'll hand over all evidence to Veazy. July 2, 2033. Book it. Call it "Operation Justice for Jackie."

Yes, I am only the shell of a human being.

After the careful examination by this board, I'm going on their recommendation. Since they clearly have a sharper viewpoint of me than I do. Same for Kyle. Attend classes at Ole Miss at any point in time, ever, and you're implanted with a microchip that causes you to unknowingly carry out the secret agenda.

Microchips! That's how they do it!

Can we get the engineering department started on these ASAP?
