Well if you consider name of OM booster, monetary amount, purchased item, place

If you are submitting accusations, they are going to file 13 it. Think of how many baseless claims they get in a year. They don't have time to hunt down every "lead" they get. Now if you have proof to back up claims, you could always give it to an aspiring journalist wanting to rock the boat. I'm sure there are plenty out there from reputable outlets that would love to expose major recruiting violations and the NCAA's negligence. If you have proof, use it.

Of purchase to be enough of evidence for the NCAA to pursue it, then yes I have it. I heard all of this a few days before his surprise decommitment from State and subsequent commitment to OM. I knew it was only a matter of time. Problem is they would have to get bank account records of the booster, because it was a cash transaction for a large sum of money. Very large sum of money due to the items involved and the individual who received the items. Let's just put it this way, there's a very small percentage of Americans that would be able spend this much cash on this specific type of item at one time. Would have to be making in the higher 6 figure salary range to plop out that type of cash at once.

But hey, the NCAA and Slive are in bed together and don't want any major infractions like this to surface. That's why they bring sanctions on schools for the smaller infractions such as with the Redmond case. It "shows" that they are doing their job, yet doesn't effect the gravy train that is the SEC. And the NCAA knows damn well the things I know, but they wont act.

Well, i am calling BS on you. If you have name, dates, etc, then spill it.

Otherwise you are like every other message board idiot. Do you really expect any one to believe that the people that have enough money to take out the sums of cash that you are saying are dumb enough to let anyone know about it? People with that much money usually don't get it by being stupid.

Also, since you seem to know so much about the NCAA, I would have assumed you would know that the NCAA cannot subpoena someone's bank account records.

That's probably why he said that getting the bank records would be a problem. I tend to agree with you overall though. Either tell us something or STFU. And really both sides are probably better off if you STFU if you have actual knowledge of either school cheating. Tell your own schools compliance office and let them handle it.

I have a serious question for you since you are not a fan.

Looks like Kyle's helping further that Ole Miss conspiracy. We're sneaky that way.

If you somehow came across solid info that Ole Miss cheated in a major way to get a recruit, what would you do? Write about it or sit on it?

Man, FlabLoser's gonna be so mad when he finds out you've had the goods on Ole Miss the whole time while he's been out there conducting his own freelance NCAA investigation.

Hell, i would rather he just spill it.

If they are dumb enough that message board compliance officers "know" all about it then it is not a secret. I just want him to spill the beans so i will know how much we paid for the dolphins that CJ got and if the money was mostly for the dolphins themselves, or if a significant portion of said dolphin money had to be spent towards the housing of the dolphins.

But i didn't read it as he knew the NCAA could not subpoena bank accounts, but that they just were not doing it. He said he had a slam dunk. If your slam dunk consists of the NCAA getting someones bank records, you have exactly not ****.

It's like the Sanders recruitment. Every Tom, Dick, and Harry knew he got paid in the ballpark of $3k not to take his visit at MSU but me emailing [email protected] saying John Smith gave money to a recruit is going to get zero results. If they investigated every one of the billions of emails bitter fans sent about teams *maybe* cheating they'd be larger than the federal government. They wait on journalists to write 100 articles with 100,000 views on a recruit receiving a free $20,000 Mustang or free tires and then go in for the kill. For whatever reason (it's obvious) the only articles written about these kind of transactions are about MSU.

If y'all give me 20 years I think I can convince at least one girl who graduated from Ole Miss to fall in love with me. I'll send her to the spa one day and funnel an ourtragous amount of money, too much for a recruit to be able to pay back, into her bank account. From there I'll send nudey pictures of her and a check for $X in her name to their highest profile commit. I'll monitor via online banking and once the check is cashed I'll hand over all evidence to Veazy. July 2, 2033. Book it. Call it "Operation Justice for Jackie."

Yes, I am only the shell of a human being.

U are getting confused, it's yall that gave a recruit $6,000 not to visit Oxford. Try and keep up.
