Confusing language then. The meeting minutes from 6A South on 8/10/16 noted
Conference 1 vs 2 and 3 vs 4 then crossbracketed. I guess that only means the team with the highest power point left gets the home game for the regional finals? That would have been true without using the term cross bracketing, right?
