Question

I was listening to Matt and Dick on H2H talking about this yesterday and they said that the Delta St pitcher had a record of 19-2 this year. How does a college pitcher have 21 decisions? How many games do they play in D2?

Votes getting split would only happen if fans voted. This is voted on by baseball coaches and scouts in the area

So none of these local coaches and scouts are fans of these local teams? I understand what you're saying but I still think some will be biased toward certain teams.
