It's not the Dems fault. It's the GOPs fault for trying to maintain a semblance of the ACA. This doesn't save ACA, that bloated fvcked is still going to implode on its own or costs are about to explode and it will become the UCA.
Americans bought Trumps lies that he had a plan......he never had a plan. Ryan didn't have a plan. They cobbled together a bad bill quickly that didn't really fix any of the ACAs issues or provide a realistic replacement. So blame the dems. I actually like Ryan but he screwed the pooch here
