not positive, but if I had to guess he is "All In"
Wow way to jump to conclusions. Man our fanbase is dumb about recruiting. How about we let the 5* DE decide before we start talking bad about the guy. <div>
</div><div>I still think MSU has the better future Defense. Maybe that could sway him to join Quay at MSU.</div>

I swear we really do have the most retarted fanbase in America.

His bro plays for OM. Fancy loves to print your type of post then present it to the recruit along with his spin.

I know, I know...You wouldn't want any player to come to State that would be swayed by an anonymous internet poster. Whatever.

I was just stating something that could potentially be a reason he made the decision today. I pray it's us.</p>

also said that her opinion is that he stays in the state of Mississippi. She quoted him last week saying that of all his upcoming visits, he was looking most forward to Ole Miss. I think Quay's comment about "playing with the top players in the State" at MSU offsets this a bit. She's clearly the best source for info on Channing at this point, perhaps due to her "assets." Follow her @LauraMcKeeman

Adds up to probably a 30-40% chance we get him. I'm now at peace with it either way after landing Autry...

and had nothing to do about Ward. I think he is fine ball player and a fine young man.Whoever he decides to play for willget get a top quality athelete. I didnt mean to push some of you over the edge. I will refrain from now until signing day about discussing recruiting on this board because some of you are way too sensitive about it . Its like Jerry Springer on steriods.

The combo of Fancy with his connections in the staff and Laura posting this after his UM visit make me think UM, but signing day is still a over a month away.

Who the hell knows what a high school kid thinks day to day. He might decide that gold is his favorite color next week and switch to Southern.Anybody who says they know where he is going is lying.

then he likely has planned to go there for a couple of years now and no circumstance was going to change that. The only curiosity is I thought he was quoted as saying he did NOT want to go to a program in the rebuilding mode which doesn't mesh but I guess we will see.

I thought about that same quote but technically, would you call going from 4-8 to 2-10 as rebuilding? I think they'd have to take a step forward first. I've never thought we'd get him so I'll just count it as a happy suprise if we do.

he is headed to UM. He liked them early on in the recruiting process, lost interest in them and put Bama in the driver's seat, and now the Rebskidoodles are back in the lead. The whole AU towel thing was to rile up the Bama boosters and it didn't work. We were players, but secondfiddlethe entire time.Take it or leave it.

"don't talk about recruits" ******** but <blah blah blah>. I don't think this board should censor you but you should really consider censoring yourself. So damn stupid....

Censored my own overly harsh post in response to the title change. Gracias!

If Nick Saban walked into my house, I'd be impressed. If Dan Mullen walked into my house, I'd be impressed.<div>
</div><div>But I don't think I'd be too impressed if Hugh Freeze walked in, especially if it was after the aforementioned two gentlemen.</div>

If Ward goes to Ole Miss in their current state and with the 10 players they currently have committed I will be shocked.

I heard that his visit with Freeze's staff didn't go too well. Plus, a DC that has been fired just about everywhere he has been? I'd like to think Channing is a bit more in tune with his surroundings.

I am a multi-insider-board aficionado. A quick survey of the multi-insider-board reveals the following regarding Channing W as of 12-19-11 6:35 p.m.:

The leader in the clubhouse is MState.
Closely behind and closing fast is Saban/Smart
Third does not matter.

Please return to your regularly scheduled ********.

Mullen comes out today calling this a destination job- the Bears have been trying to telling everyone he is leaving as soon as he can- now they look dumb <div>
</div><div>They are trying to claim a secret commit now?</div><div>
</div><div>He may commit to them, but it's far from over</div>
