Is there such a thing as a "formal protest" in basketball?
Do they restart the game from that point? How/when?
Basketball Refs have a lot of autonomy. It's not like they misinterpreted a rule.
Surprised something like this would benefit the Warriors they seem like they get on refs more than just about anyone and I like the Warriors.
