Did anyone know that Mark Ingrams dad is in jail?

Good Lord, how thin can you wear one story. Besides, how pitiful of Musberger to say This one's for his dad in prison or something to that effect when he scored his first trouchdown. Really? You know that??? Really????? Maybe it was for his mother who kept her self clean and out of prison and could actually come to his ballgame and ain't a freaking fugitive or criminal!!!!!!!!!

it is the dad can't come to the game, but how thankful the son didn't follow suit...

and why not just leave the damn story alone? how many of the player's dads did something worthwile? why not talk about some of the super dads?

next we will have stories about a player's sister who couldn't make the game because she was busy giving blow jobs on the street corner to support her crack habit..

it's a shame that sports media types try to moonlight as left winged op-ed journalists

What really gets me mad is these commentators/ sports-talk personalities/ etc. always trying to find a "storyline" to whatever game they are covering. To them, the storyline overshadows the actual game being played. It gets really old and diminishes the importance of the game itself. And they wear it out to no end. ESPN has gotten really bad about doing this. Just cover the freaking game for crying out loud.
