Ole Miss player Marshall Henderson's interview and his teeth!! My gosh man!!...have you ever heard of a tooth brush or a dentist?? This is probably the most white trash/eminem wannabe player Ole Miss has ever had and I think it's hilarious.

I think his shirt says everything we need to know about that town and him. I bet he borrowed it from Yancy.

Having not seen UM play basketball this year, can anyone explain why he's such a good player? I just checked his stats and was surprised to see that he's shooting 38% from the field, 35% on 3-pointers, doesn't get many rebounds, apparently doesn't play much defense. He's averaging 19 ppg so he must be a good player, but it's kind of hard to see how with those stats.

From what I have watched, a typical Henderson game is:

3 or 4 threes out of about 10, at least a couple of which are horrible shots to even think about taking
About 6-8 FTs, maybe more. He is not afraid to drive and if they have a late lead, he's who they want on the line.
A couple of twos from leaking out early or driving and pulling up.
5-7 chest pounds
3-5 yells at the crowd (home or road)
1-2 altercations with other players/refs
40 minutes + of acting like a complete douche

Thanks for that much better analysis. That makes sense. Seems like getting to the FT line (where he is a very good shooter) is a big part of his game, and would account for the discrepency in his shooting percentage and scoring average.

You left off a few World Cup soccer

Flops when he is guarding/fouling his
Man on defense. I hate floppers.

Looked him up on the Bears official site ... noticed he's majoring in "general studies". What the heck is that??

General studies used to be for freshmen undecided on a major. I guess now you can major in it.
