Watching the replay of UK and Cincy. I thought UK was a better

Outside shooting team than they are. They are great in the paint but I think we can match them physically. It will clearly be a struggle but we certainly have a chance to win this game. My guess is UK would have much rather played MD and their fans are more nervous about the game than they want to admit.

But the thing about UK now versus 2010, we had experience to bang with those guys. We've got some bigs but they're young. What we do have going for us is extreme depth and a better shooting team than even we give it credit for. Plus, two experienced guards that are starting. Not sure but is UK's lineup a bunch of freshmen like they were in 2010? I just hope we play experienced. Staten needs 10-15 points, Williams cannot get shut down and the outside shooting will have to be above average to have a chance.

If tucky shoots very pedestrian from 3 and the outside then we are in good shape. When we lost to Baylor, they shot lights out from 3. Md did for a half. They'll get some easy transition buckets, I just hope they don't shoot like Baylor from the outside.

Our guards can be the difference in the game if Gary


stays out of foul trouble and can hit the outside jumper and Staten can control the flow, limit his turnovers and play significant minutes we have a chance. Need somebody to get hot Dax, Carter etc. Get our crowd into it. Get some good minutes from Macon on the inside. You never know.
