Way OT: House for sale

My wife is graduating medical school in Jackson in May and we are moving to Charleston, SC for a few years for her to complete her residency. I have a house for sale in Madison that I need to sale. I'm trying FSBO for a month or two, so if anybody here is graduating and moving to the area or knows anybody that is looking for a house in that area please pass this info on to them. The house is posted on craigslist and FSBO.com
