you still think Croom is the dumbest coach in the SEC? That's the dumbest **** I have ever heard.
So we could win 7, 8, 9 games this year and you say he would still be the worst coach in teh SEC? Do you not realize how stupid you sound or do you just not care?fishwater99 said:We can win 4,5,7,8,9 games, it doesn't matter...
The point is that Croom is the worst head coach in the SEC.
Our offense is horrible and he is too stubborn to re-tool it...
We lost to LA Tech this year... LA Tech......
Last year was a fluke...
I hope we luck up again and beat Auburn, but I am not betting on it.
"Rebounding Fundamentals."-If you watched the Memphis game, you saw what I was talking about all year. If we block out better as a team, we win. That's what I was preaching all Rule 17 year!! Great athletes have to block out against other great athletes to rebound consistently. After the Memphis loss, I didn't come on here like Coach would and brag about how I was right about our rebounding. I thought we played hard and the season was over. No reason to belabor a point I was right about. But if you continue to point that out, I will continue to point out that I was correct.
"I hope we lose every game."-NEVER ONCE said that. I said that I hope we lose to SELA. A win in that game did nothing. A loss would have helped speed up the change we ALL desire. In the Auburn thread, I specifically said I hope we win. A loss against Auburn does nothing to speed up the change we ALL desire. A win proves that I (and many others) are completely wrong about Croom and that he deserves all the accolades he received last year. I would prefer us not to have to change coaches but I'm 95% certain that's not the case.
I hope we lose Saturday. Croom has proven he is not the man for the job...at this point, there is nothing he can do to change my perception of him, unless he can pull the SEC West out of his ***. The quickest way for change to occur is for us to continue to have an absolute disaster of a season. And yes, I am willing to sacrifice one year of recruits for a solid head coach.
So, it's unacceptable if he's out recruiting trying to bring in the best athletes, so we can continue our success off of last year? You are a complete moron. That is all..."Croom missed practice."-I'm sorry. I think that's unacceptable. I don't care if the great coaches don't go to practice. Croom is certainly not a great coach. Nor has he proven that he has a competent staff that can run practice when he is not there.

I guess you have no clue who I am, but the terms redneck and racist have never been used to describe me.[b said:Shmuley[/b]]All you're doing with this argument is giving fodder to those who want to dismiss legitimate arguments that he's not qualified as purely racist rants. There is a legitimate argument that the man is incompetent (i.e., not qualified), but to smear the man as stupid or dumb or retarded plays right into the hands of people who have the power to keep him employed beyond his skill level in the name of "fairness."
Stop being a stupid f'n redneck.
I'm not changing anything. I'm just laying out facts while you are laying out your ******** opinion. We out rebounded Arkansas by 5 at home and they out rebounded us by 6 at their place. Ole Miss finished 7th (and only out rebounded us once) and Memphis finished 17th in D1 rebounding. Also, Ole Miss had similar athletes? No, they just had big m'17ers that could get position. Our season ended, because for once in his life, Dorsey decided to 17ing play great basketball. You act like we got out rebounded by a bunch of chumps, when that's not the case. Every team that you mentioned out rebounded us, because they were also good at rebounding.1. You are changing what I was saying. Never said we didn't have great athletes that could jump out of the gym. My point was we didn't block out very well. Against teams with similar athletes across the board, we didn't win the rebounding margin. Go back to the teams we played with similar pure athletes(not similar basketball players)-Arkansas, UT, Memphis. From what I can remember, Ole Miss outrebounded us twice as well. I'm not reopening that argument. Our season ended because we didn't block out.
2. Again, you can lie about it. But I never said I hope we lose every game. If we beat Auburn, of course it will delay the change and it should. If Croom beats Auburn twice in a row then it proves that La Tech was a fluke, AND that last season was NOT a fluke. If we beat Auburn, you would think we would get 6 wins as well. At this point in this season and looking at our schedule, 6 wins would be a huge success and IMO would also prove that Tech was a fluke AND that last season was NOT a fluke. Even if we lose to Auburn and somehow get 6 wins, the season is a success. I want us to succeed. Let me say that one more time. If Croom wins 6 games after the Tech debacle, then the season is a huge success and we have a winner IMO.
I hope we lose Saturday. Croom has proven he is not the man for the job...at this point, there is nothing he can do to change my perception of him, unless he can pull the SEC West out of his ***. Would a smart coach have his team ready to play ULM at home and beat them? Surely Saban is not a dumb coach. **** happens and you lose games you are not supposed to. It happensfishwater99 said:It is a moot point because no way we win more than six games this year.
If we win 8 or 9 then you can call me dumb, but I can't understand how and why you people defend Croom.
Croom is not the smartest coach...
Not smart = dumb
How can I say this, because it is true.
A smart coach would hire a good offensive coordinator, not his long time buddy.
A smart coach would try a different offense if his team keeps finishing around 100 in the nation in total offense.
A smart coach would not overlook LA Tech and have his team prepared for the game...
Should I go on??

new flash, it happened to MSU before Croom got here as well.fishwater99 said:But somehow it just happens a lot more to MSU with Croom as the coach.
Maine, UAB, Houston, Tulane, and now LA Tech...
Who will be next??
