TWO bottles? Is there a deficiency in the Math Department there as well? Now I hear you guys are calling them 'cups'. It was raining in there. But your guys only hit your own team members and splashed a ref.

Which makes me wonder if you would have the same 'it's OK' attitude about throwing a full water bottle from the second level ('cause come on, they EXPLODED) if one of them took out YOUR player's eye, maybe broke his foot? I kinda bet that the rationalizations for throwing at players would vanish.

We will see if it doesn't matter. I'll bet your AD has an apology in draft, and the coach condemns it. But gee, combined with the racial hook, the phone calls...it might not be enoughto convinceMs. Jones her6'9" black son would be safe going there for his education. Could be her son's career that takes a bottle to the eye.

but if you were at that game how could you not be. The referees called everything Kentucky's way. For every 5 fouls called 4 were on MSU, while 1 would be on Kentucky. The way that Wall and Cousins taunted us pissed me off even more. Cousins dunked the ball in the first half, and made a phone gesture with his fingers towards our pom squad, giving the "call me" impression. Calipari should be the guy that needs some sportsmanship lessons, he was arguing with fans behind the visitor's bench, then goes on national tv saying he doesn't understand why fans are so upset and act this way.

With all this being said, the dumb fans make us look bad, really bad. Yes, it is inexcusable, but we are not the only school in the NCAA with people who act this way. I am a MSU student and I am proud to be a Bulldog fan. Hey we should all be used to the negative talk towards us and our programs right now. GET OVER IT, we played damn good. The BLACK jerseys were awesome, the new attendance record of 10,788 people was definitely heard with the way the HUMP was rockin'. Our fans actions are not as big of a deal as the crap calls made by the Refs tonight. period.

Damn, lady.

Take my advice and enjoy the win while it stands. I have a terrible feeling that your classy coach will get thos one overturned a year or two down the line.

...it went something like this:

Me: Sheesh, look at us throwing stuff, we look like a bunch of Ole Miss fans
Him: I don't blame them. Stans should throw his chair. We wuz robbed.
Me: I'm as mad as you, but I'm not about to throw anything.
Him: You must not be a Bulldog if you don't want to throw something right now.

Yadda, yadda. We really do have some retarded fans.

What a huge ***** you are. Our students waited in line since 3 in the afternoon probably drinking all day. After an awfully frustrating game including terrible officiating a few college kids throw cups on the floor. Big 17ing deal.I'm glad we showed people that we're not going to accept getting 17ed by poor officiating. You're a *****.

It is a big <17>n deal and is the big talk of the game...overshadowing what was a hell of a game.
If you dont think its a big deal transfer your *** to oxford where this **** is accepted and encouraged
Or better yet..shoot off an e-mail to Greg Bryne after the apology is issued and tell him he is a ***** and the students were in the right.

The students who did this are a <17>'n embarrassment and have made the whole university and student body look like ****
on national tv and it will be mentioned in every newspaper that has a story on the game.

Better yet...go light yourself on fire. the world will be a better place.

I understand it looks bad on national television, but it's nothing to freak out about. ESPN will talk about it for maybe one day and then that will be the end of it. You want to cry about 2-3 cups being thrown on the court? Every football game when a great play is made there are hundreds of cups flying through the air. I don't condone throwing the cups on the floor, but I also don't condone being a ****** about it and making it such a big deal. Our fans were pissed about an extremely frustrating game. Maybe you're a RiCkS RoWdIe, that would make your post make more sense.

be 17'ed by poor officiating. So clearly, you do condone the actions of those students. Somehow, in your warped mind, the bottles being thrown proved a point.

In reality, it made MSU look really bad on national TV. And yes, ESPN will talk about it for a day or so. But people will remember that type of stuff. Next time the two teams play, what do you think will be discussed? Next time any group of fans do that, they'll refer back to the MSU fans and the West Virginia fans.

be forgotten in a few days, not that big of a deal in my opinion. And as far as what UK fans, espn, or anyone else thinks; I could care less. All things considered the outburst could have been much worse.

Do people remember the multiple times Ole Miss threw bottles and red high heels on to the playing field? I would say outside of MSU and Ole MIss fans, not really. If this were such a huge black eye for the SEC, then Ole Miss would be the Ike Turner of the NCAA.

The refs have kept you in every game this year and have won most of them for you. You finally get a fair game called (other than the goal tending call towards the end, wouldn't have made a difference) and you cry and act stupid when it does get called fairly. You can't get every call. Varnardo must be hosing someone's daughter in the sec front office. For him to foul out was the most mind boggling thing of the night.

I feel the same way. Yes from now on we should just let the ncaa and the sec decide who should win all the games before they are played and if it doesnt go the right way, let the officials take over. From the time we were up 67-60, there were 10 fouls called on us and 0, ZERO, called on Kentucky. And thats including the overtime. Youre kidding yourself if you cant see the refs took this one.

with all of the arguments to make against us, you chose this one?!
I am glad you admit there were many more. But you go for the lowest common denominator, when bottle throwing is considered 'OK' by the fanbase.

What would you expect based on the Texts and phone calls to Cousins, many racially motivated. You got beat and it pissed you off. That IS the definition of "sore loser"!! You're pissed that you taunted Cousins for two weeks and he shoved it in your face. Maybe next time your "classless" classmates will think twice before taunting players before a game. Taunt them after you win.......oh, but you didn't. Hopefully the SEC will fine the school for that beahvior and use phone records to suspend those involved from the University.

Go riot and tear up your own community. We average over 22,000 every game at Rupp Arena. Your record of 10,788 isn't even impressive. So take the embarrassment you deserve and learn from it. Hopefully the SEC will take action so you can "take up a cellection" with South Carolina to pay the fine!!! LMAO
