2 trips down the floor, 60 seconds burned off the clock and we didn't even get a shot off! PITIFUL

There's a shot clock !!! Your teams NEVER, NEVER, NEVER play well when you go into the stall !!! Do just a timy bit of research and watch how your teams struggle when you do this. Did you learn nothing from the Arkansas game earlier this week? Criminy! Building a lead and deciding (Oh, there's 8 - 10 miutes left, it's time togo into a stall) let's HANG ON to win is _________ !!! What's wrong with destroying the opponents will by keeping up the pressure ?

Someday, you may have a team that wins a NC with this sort of gameplan. As yet, NONE of your teams has achieved their best with this sort of gameplan. Being dogmatic is fine when you have a PROVEN system that repeatedly, annuallytakes you deep into theNCAA tourney. You don't have that.

Your job is to coachwell. You're not doing this.

and totally change the flow of the game when you are a better basketball team than who you are playing. Especially with the 3 point shot and 35 second shot clock in place. It really does make no sense at all to even think about doing that until you get at least near the 4 minute mark. It might make a little sense if we were playing a much better basketball team and built up a lead but even then it usually backfires like it did last year at home against Kentucky. Once we changed the flow of the game our guys couldn't buy a shot (that is when they got one). How many times does Stans have to see this strategy NOT work until he finally stops doing it?
