Its hard to tell, but I think Brent is suggesting he was in better shape when he was in HS than he is now.

He is saying that Sidney has been working out with him since returning from Hawaii. He says that he is in better shape now because of it.

I thought he looked pretty damn good against San Diego compared to the Belhaven game. I did not see the VT game because I did not go to the Bahamas.

but I just can't get over how big of a ***** he is with these guys. He is ultimately leaving is career in the hands of these kids and giving them very little guidance along the way. I would really be interested to watch a reality show debuting a day in the life of the Recruiter during basketball season.
