Never suggested you had more than the one (very dumb) account you post under.I only have one active account here. That y'all think I might have more than one says more about you than it does me. I wonder how many you have.

Lol, I'm part of the hive mind am I? It sure doesn't look that way here. They will in Fayetteville next weekend.
But they’ll get up just enough to beat a distracted Ole Miss team and your goon squad hivemind will give Libby an extension.
I bet you actually belive that. That would explain a lot if so.He apparently hasn't taught them not to do those things.
What you wrote said exactly that.Never suggested you had more than the one (very dumb) account you post under.
Of course you are, though your types are dwindling over the years due to age obviously. And there are less on this board. But we definitely have some RuNdAbAwLers, and they share that trait with you genespagers.Lol, I'm part of the hive mind am I? It sure doesn't look that way here.
No, what I wrote implied that you are not smart enough to toggle between different accounts. And your posts keep proving me correctWhat you wrote said exactly that.
You are the poster child for the MSU hive mind, and it never changes. It's been that way my whole life. Fire the coach and bring in the back up QB. It's all we know.Of course you are, though your types are dwindling over the years due to age obviously. And there are less on this board. But we definitely have some RuNdAbAwLers, and they share that trait with you genespagers.
They don’t have to stand in formation for thirty seconds. They can stand in the huddle then get to the line with ten seconds left. They could practice these things ahead of time and figure out how their team needs to do it. It takes a coach and team growing and learning new things besides Xs and Os. Lebby has to control as much as possible and the clock is one of the things you have the most control over in a game. An opponent with good talent has a say in the execution of plays but there is very little they can do about the clock when you have the ball. These play fast offenses have a built in problem. They have trouble killing clock. It's almost like when a defense that normally attacks goes into prevent and starts giving up big yards. Trying to slow the offense just seems to hinder their ability to operate. I remember fussing at Mullen during games when they would snap the ball with 10 to 15 seconds still on the play clock when we were ahead. We did that in this game at the end. We snapped the ball with 20 seconds left as our lead was getting whittled away multiple times. Those given away seconds matter. They need to work on huddling to help eat up the time because standing in formation for 30 seconds is hard. It just seems to kill momentum.
When he says “togetherness” he means don’t blame him, blame everyone and especially the guys who aren’t executing. Lebby is selfish.Excerpt:
Q: You mentioned staying together is the only way to fix this. Are you sensing a lack of togetherness?
Lebby: I’m not at all. But I want to make sure I’m driving that home. You get inside moments like these with the way things have gone at the end of football games, and for us to be on the wrong side of it, people can start pointing the finger in a hurt. So making sure I am driving that point home. We’ve got one way to fix this and that’s being together.
WTF
Does this assshat ever take responsibility for both his and player’s stupidity? What does this coach speak drivel even mean this far into the season? You’re saying your team doesn’t understand continuity in week 9?
How does “togetherness” remedy bad play calls, poor clock management, and poor fundamentals?
bad bad bad bad bad coaching
Man, in a way, we probably let Howland stick around too long, largely based on the fact that he was rebuilding and improving from the Rick Ray years and the “cupboard was bare”. I kept waiting on him to the corner and it just never materialized.Every coach we've fired in the 21st century:
Just not seeing any example of a firing where I'm like "oh man, we should have given that guy more time."
- Croom - should have fired him in 2006 or even earlier. He had a fluky good season in 2007, and then fired him in 2008.
- Rick Ray - should have fired him sooner
- Moorhead - fired him at the right time. Glad we didn't give him longer.
- Howland - probably fired him at the right time, although he wasn't as bad as most on this list.
- Arnett - questionable just because he didn't get a full year and then we got Lebby, but still, nobody really thinks we fired him too soon.
- Lemonis - should have fired him 2 years sooner, though obviously it worked out really well to get O'Connor in 2025.
According to SP+, we are pretty substantially improved from 2023. We finished 62 that year and are currently 38.We might be a little bit improved from 2023. That's the bar, not Lebby's own 2024 season.
I think that's a data point that Lebby supporters should incorporate into their arguments.According to SP+, we are pretty substantially improved from 2023. We finished 62 that year and are currently 38.
62 was ahead of only Vanderbilt in the SEC that year. Right now we are 12th.
Some people wrote big checks this year to see if Lebby could get it going. He just can’t drop another 0-8 SEC season. Which is where this seems to be headed. And if so, the NIL war chest won’t be there for 2026 to compete. This isn’t unique to Mississippi State. Nobody in the SEC would get the funding necessary to compete with these kinds of results. Not LSU. Not Ole Miss. Not Vanderbilt. It stinks. There was a lot of improvement this year. But continuing to lose game after game in this fashion just inspires no confidence that investing in this coaching staff will ever produce a result any different than what we are seeing. He has 4 SEC games left to prove otherwise. After just totally giving away a home win yesterday, I think he needs 2 of them to change the perception and right the ship.So we will quit and wait for the next savior then? You are probably right. That's what we have always done.
No need for an extension OR raise because nobody's going to come calling looking for a guy with his "skills". If they keep him that's one subject, but a raise and/or extension..... If Keenum/Selmon do that they can all goThey will in Fayetteville next weekend.
But they’ll get up just enough to beat a distracted Ole Miss team and your goon squad hivemind will give Libby an extension.
You missed the point. No need for an extension OR raise because nobody's going to come calling looking for a guy with his "skills". If they keep him that's one subject, but a raise and/or extension..... If Keenum/Selmon do that they can all go
Was that mansplainin'? Because that is basically what I wrote. I said you can huddle to eat clock up, but we don't and didn't. We stood in formation inside of 10 seconds from when the 40 second clock started. So to use it all you would have to stand in formation for 30 seconds. Which again we didn't because we snapped the ball with 20 seconds left on the clock. Very insulting post. Who are you to define the litmus test for who is and who isn't an MSU fan. But to your point, yes we are better but it is not resulting in wins. It is resulting in near certain wins that are being pissed away in the most ridiculous and agonizing fashion imaginable. This tends to overshadow the better part.and you have to accept that. If you don’t… then you are what you are, and you are no MSU fan. Facts are facts.
1 quality win in 20 games isn't good. His record to date speaks for itself. He is not good.
Mullen won a conference game his first year and won 5 games and followed up with a big season in year two. He won with what he had and didn't blame nil. These two are not the sameI agree. This is what happens when you hire a new hc in the SEC. Mullen blew games too yet many of yall talk about wanting him back. We win yesterday if not for the roughing the passer but everything after that was poor coaching. We're so close and much improved and hanging with the blue bloods. Sucks we aren't capitalize on them being down like ole miss is doing. Lebby will have one more year and if he keeps blowing it, he'll be gone after that. It'll be interesting what we do with KT. Lebby must win to save his job with a qb that's possible never started a game. He better get KT more involved this year if he wants to save his job.
What insulting is carrying on like we have the worst team we have ever had. It's not and it's pretty close to being a decent or better team. That is FACT.Very insulting post. Sure whatever. I agree we are better as defined by much better talent. We should be because an unprecedented amount of money was ponied up to get that talent. We are not close to having the worst team we have ever had and I don't believe I ever said we were. What insulting is carrying on like we have the worst team we have ever had. It's not and it's pretty close to being a decent or better team. That is FACT.
I've been around enough football to have seen this stuff before. I'm not into panicking, or quitting. Feel free to be emotional if you want to.Sure whatever. If you want to talk about FACTS though it is a FACT that we have blown in epic fashion two 'sure' SEC wins and pretty close to a third. You can react to that however you want. My reaction is this is a pretty significant flaw for a team in the NIL/portal era that is not made up of inexperienced freshmen and sophomore's. Many teams flip rosters routinely now. We are no exception and must do so again. Because of this, I have great concerns for a coaching staff's game management skill that can't get us over the finish line in games like 3 of the last 4.
I’m very interested in the replies to this.
You earned it.LOL, It went about like I expected, your included.
FACT. FOR REAL. YEAH.What insulting is carrying on like we have the worst team we have ever had. It's not and it's pretty close to being a decent or better team. That is FACT.
Emotional? How am I being emotional? I simply articulated my observations and the concerns those observations leave me with. You seem to assume way too much. Or could it be that you throw out such labels as a lazy way to try and dismiss those who disagree with you.I've been around enough football to have seen this stuff before. I'm not into panicking, or quitting. Feel free to be emotional if you want to.
we simply have to learn to finish the game and win.
Have some self awareness. You are behaving like a carnie judging a tallest midget contest. What insulting is carrying on like we have the worst team we have ever had. It's not and it's pretty close to being a decent or better team. That is FACT.
