it's pretty apparent by now that we aren't that good. I thoughtthatafter the Memphis game. I'd take a win here by any margin. The sign of an improving PROGRAM is that they get to bowls even in a down year. I'd take ANY bowl this year.

a win is a win this year. 2 more and we are going bowling. That's a GOOD thing, no matter where, this year.

And that is we come out of the locker room every game as flat as a 17ing pancake. It pisses me off every game how we come out flat and sluggish and we make dumb mistakes, and most times fall behind on the scoreboard. I thought it would get better as the season went along but nothing has changed. That falls on coaching.

I will take this win though. We are in a decent chance of making a bowl game if we beat the teams we should. I can think of one team in the state who'd like to switch places with us right now.

Our only one of 3 against SEC-E opponents this year.

Re-read my subject title, posted without additional comment.

We are not playing SEC-W calibre football.

Granted, we are in the toughest division of the toughest conference in the US.
And are from one of the smallest states, with much competition for talent.
(Don't we get tired of hearing that!)

I salute our team for being scrappy and gutsy.
They deserved probably 2 more wins this season thus far, save for a few dropped passes or missed tackles.
Make those plays, win games: SEC-W
