Had UTEP and Utah St won we'd be a lock right now and the SEC would probably get 5 teams in. The only chance we have with a loss is if we barely lose and Minnesota gets their teeth knocked in. After watching Ohio St play the last two games I wouldn't expect them to be kicking anyone's teeth in.

Or are you suggesting he make UK throw the game or the refs throw it for them? Somehow I would guess that if you were the team looking at being a 1 seed and UK was the bubble team, you wouldn't be advocating Slive having the officials fix the SEC title game for your team to lose.

and run with it. Big conference commissioners have influence. He should use it the best he can to make sure the SEC gets four teams. Will it matter? Don't know. Should he exhert said influence. I'd hope so.

Yeah, dubmass, I really meant that I think he should huddle up the officials before the game and tell them to make sure that State advances. Jesus.

also, he has minnesota and vt as last two in, but he has v tech as an 11 seed and minnesota as a 13 with two non conference winners in between
